Coffee has always been more than a drink for Adelino dos Santos — it’s a ritual, a passion, and a way of life.
His first coffee marked the beginning of a love story that never stopped. Today, he still drinks around six coffees a day, always curious, always searching for the perfect cup.
That curiosity pushed him to go deeper:
learning about coffee roasting, tasting, beans, origins, and the full coffee journey. Through dedicated courses and hands-on experience, Adelino mastered the process from bean to cup.
What started as a dream slowly became reality.
Today, DOSSANTOS is a side-project turned passion business — a mobile coffee car equipped with a professional machine, serving carefully crafted coffee wherever people gather.
Adelino does it all himself: selecting the beans, roasting them under his own brand, and serving each cup with care.
